RICHARD JACOWLEFF

Chairman

Richard Jacowleff brings a wealth of experience to his position as the Chairman of MNP Interconnection Telecom Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a Telcordia joint venture. His responsibilities include the management of the company and leadership of the board of directors.

Mr. Jacowleff is also the President of Telcordia's Interconnection Solutions group, and he provides the overall leadership and business strategy for Telcordia's interconnection services, products and partners to help government regulators and service providers create open and competitive markets. The Telcordia Interconnection Solutions group provides advisory services, number portability solutions and service interconnection clearinghouses for TDM and IP network providers worldwide and includes global sales and marketing, systems development and clearinghouse operations.

As a recognized leader in the industry, Mr. Jacowleff has more than 25 years of experience in the communications market assisting customers with business transformation to address competition and trading partner collaboration. Under Mr. Jacowleff's leadership, Telcordia has become the recognized global leader of number portability solutions with 14 countries and hundreds of services providers relying on Telcordia's expertise and solutions.

Mr. Jacowleff has held a variety of technical and executive positions at Telcordia and Bell Laboratories. He formerly served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Telcordia's Next Generation OSS business unit and led the implementation of the first commercial wholesale ordering clearinghouse to serve the North American telecommunications industry. As Executive Program Manager in the late 1990s, Mr. Jacowleff led OSS and Network Transformation teams at Eircom in Dublin, Ireland.

Mr. Jacowleff received Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Computer Science from New York Institute of Technology in New York and Fairleigh Dickinson University in New Jersey respectively.

ASHOK SAPRA

Managing Director

Ashok Sapra brings more than 30 years of progressive and successful experience in the IT and telecom fields, both in India and in North America, to his position as Managing Director at MNP Interconnection Telecom Solutions India Pvt. Ltd., a Telcordia joint venture.

In this role Mr. Sapra oversees the implementation and ongoing management of the number portability clearinghouse to the satisfaction of all stakeholders. His charter includes developing and growing business through the expansion of current activities and new related business opportunities.

Before assuming this position, Mr. Sapra was the Managing Director of Telcordia Technologies, India, based in the corporate office in Gurgaon, India. He was responsible for the launch and establishment of the Telcordia Technologies entity in India.

Prior to joining Telcordia, Mr. Sapra spent eight years with AT&T India, initially as the President of AT&T India and then as the Managing Director - South Asia, where he was responsible for the company's wholesale business. Before that, Mr. Sapra worked at GE Capital, India as CEO of GE Telecom and with US-based Sprint as president of their joint venture in India.

Mr. Sapra holds an engineering degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.

NARESH GAMBHIR

C.T.O. and Head - Program Management

Naresh Gambhir is CTO and Head of the Program Management at MNP Interconnection Telecom Solutions India Pvt. Ltd., a Telcordia joint venture. In this position he is responsible for successful deployment of Number Portability Clearing House (NPC) and other components of the Solution both initially and on an ongoing basis.

Prior to joining MNP Interconnection Telecom Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. Mr. Gambhir was Vice President and Head of the network operations at Bharti Airtel Limited where he was responsible for launching National and International Long Distance Services. Before that Mr. Gambhir worked as General Manager at VSNL looking after International Long Distance operations. Mr. Gambhir brings in more than 30 years experience with expertise in setting up digital telephone exchanges, ATM switches, NGN networks, VOIP interconnects at International POPs, private telephone networks and many IN Based services.

Mr. Gambhir holds a degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering and is an associate member of Institute of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers Delhi.

SANJAY BHANOT

CFO & Company Secretary

As CFO & Company Secretary of MNP Interconnection Telecom Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a Telcordia joint venture, Sanjay Bhanot is responsible for the overall supervision of the finance, legal, secretarial and compliance functions. A senior executive with diverse industry experience, Sanjay joined the company after holding the position of Finance Controller & Company Secretary at Silicon Graphics India, where he was a key member of the leadership team. Prior to joining Silicon Graphics he worked with EMR Technology Ventures, British Gas and Eicher Motors Ltd.

Mr. Bhanot has more than 17 years of rich experience with expertise in business planning and analysis, setting up new ventures, and processes and policies for internal control, financial accounting, corporate governance, funds management, MIS and statutory compliances.

Mr. Bhanot is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and an Associate of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Law and an Honors Degree in Commerce from the University of Delhi.

KSHITIJ LAL

Vice President , Corporate Affairs

Kshitij Lal brings in wealth of experience and strong telecom industry knowledge to MNP Interconnection Telecom Solutions India Pvt. Ltd., a Telcordia joint venture and is responsible for market management that includes the key functions of business development and account management with telecom operators and government entities, as well as marketing for the company's solutions.

Mr. Lal has been with Telcordia since the start of Telcordia Technologies, India in 2006 and has played a key role in bringing mobile number portability to India and Telcordia. In a career spanning more than 17 years, he has also worked at AT&T and Airtel and spent seven years in the FMCG sector.

Mr. Lal's experience and expertise is in developing sales and marketing plans and their successful execution; alliance strategies; and developing and maintaining key customer relations. He efficiently handles the dynamic and diverse regulatory environment and maintains ongoing relations with various regulatory bodies.

Mr. Lal holds a Bachelors Degree in Commerce from the University of Delhi and an MBA from the Institute of Management Studies.
